AKOTO RAPHAEL SYLVANUS
Master Akoto holds a 5th Dan in Taekwondo and is a passionate instructor with a focus on building self-confidence, character, and skill in students through mental and physical discipline. Encouraging, yet challenging approach allows all participants to progress at their own level by setting and achieving individual goals.
His dedication to the art, sport, safety and tradition of Taekwondo has enabled him to grow his eight schools with over eighty students per school.
His extensive knowledge and expertise has seen him appointed as the Chief Instructor of the National Police Training Academy where they have hosted visiting Korean Masters and teams to to promote Taekwondo as the chosen method of self-defence training for Police Cadets and Officers.
In addition, Master Okoto is also Chief Instructor at the Ghana Military Academy where recruits are required to learn Taekwondo as part of their basic training.
